The book is very well designed, as shown in the paper and super fine outings. It describes the authors experience in various therapeutic situations to reach endoscopically. The authors are experts on the matter. However, it is strange that the absence of related articles. Deserve a separate comment illustrations that are the foundation of every page. They offer high quality and very informative graphic.
